Precision showed up within 24 hours of my call. Christian did a great job. He gave me options and explained everything that needed to be fixed. As soon as I agreed he went to work and got the job done. The whole process couldn’t have been simpler.

Technician was professional, informative and clean. Arrived at my home on time. He quickly examined my existing door, explained the problems and possible solutions. He offered three quality levels of materials and their individual costs. Once I made my decision, he worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned the area prior to leaving. He had installed 2 new springs and replaced all the rollers. I wasn’t happy with the price, but had selected the best parts and, knowing you get what you pay for, knew in advance about Precision’s quality service.
