I was very pleased with the technician and service. He explained to me the problems and what needed replacing, He showed me the worn wheels, the insufficient springs for my Miami Dade Hurricane garage door (extremely heavy), and the belt that had missing “teeth”. I was actually able to lift the garage door on my own for the first time because of the more sturdy appropriate springs. He completed the work in a very timely manner.
