My experience with Precision Garage Doors, and specifically my technician Josue Lombay was courteous respectful and awesome. I’ve had my Precision garage doors for at least 30 years and have had service many times. Excellent company, knowledgeable employees, always courteous and respectful. This time I called them to request service ASAP replace two missing remote clickers. I was given a window of 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a promise of Josue calling with a 20 to 30 minute lead time for arrival. Thankfully the call arrived early and we met at 6:00 pm. He recoded two clickers quickly and left me a can of spray lube for the springs and rollers. And best of all the job was completed before 7:00 p. Thank you Josue. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
