The two installers did a wonderful job. After the install, they walked me through the functions of the openers, the key pad, and troubleshooting. Our garage door spring busted on a Sunday night that also happened to be Mother’s Day. Technician John Pappas responded and installed the new springs quickly and professionally. Although our installer Jeff was late ( guess he couldn’t help it because of an emergency?) over all , I am pleased with his work.
