After a change in schedule, which was handled well, technician Carlos Morales arrived. He was cordial and presented himself well. He proceeded to assess the problem(inconsistent opening and closing and light on/off problem). He said a surge had caused system to function properly. He fixed problem in about 20 mns. and system performs well. thank you

Carlos Maralos did a complete overhaul of our garage door working parts. No vendor has ever pleased me as much as Carlos did. In addition to doing a great job with a wonderful attitude, he told me what he was doing and why . Moreover he did a lot of little things I. e. setting up old openers on separate garage that helped me a lot. He did them in a very few minutes that would have taken me an hour. We will always ask for him in the future. We bought a lot of new parts beyond what is listed below.
