He did not rush but took time to listen to my garage door’s history (it was installed by Discount Garage Doors in 2006) and the details of the problems it has been having all year. Mike evaluated its condition, explained how everything worked, advised what needed repair and in which priority, and recommend what was most important. He quoted prices for all repairs. He replaced the spring (as being most important), made the adjustments that were needed because of the old weak spring, and instructed me about future maintenance. The door works just fine now. I will have your company replace the sprockets in a few months as soon as I can afford it. I am so pleased to make the acquaintance of your company! I had called the installer several months ago and left a message but received no response. I tell you truly, Mike Boyle is an excellent service man and a superb representative. I am yours!!
