Great customer service at all hours. When I purchased my new home a few years ago, the garage door stopped working very quickly. Since the brand was on the unit, I called their local service center only to be told that my issue was outside work hours and I would have to wait for 3 days!!! Needless to say, I called Precision and not only did they come out immediately, but the tech was also professional, courteous and timely.
