After our recent “two hurricanes” I had 7-8 inches of tidal water in my garage. My garage door had a difficult time opening. After two weeks waiting, Jesus was sent to my townhome. He was very knowledgeable and caring. After a little over an hour of work my garage door and sensors are firing good. Precision should be very proud of having Jesus, this Technician working for their company and I only hope in the future if I need assistance again that Jesus will be once again in my service area. (Maybe then he will be ready to play some pickleball) Lol…

They were very helpful with picking out the style and color of the doors, dropping off samples for us and sending us pictures and information via email. Hi … we had Josh out to put new sensors on and the bill was $363.00 after I looked on the internet I found out it should cost anywhere from $50 to $300 . I thought it was a bit expensive . It only took a few minutes and the parts shouldn’t be that much …. Hmmmm not a happy camper. He was very nice and professional .
