I called Precision because I had a issue with the windows and the paint on my door installed in 2017. I spoke with Rebecca Fernandez, she came out to look at the door, and came up with a solution. New windows, new door panels, Door looks great and saved me a ton of money. The Installers were on time and did a great job. Would recommend Precision to friends and family.

This is the second time we were traveling and our garage door broke while we were gone. Arnold was there in about an hour and fixed the door in less than an hour. Very courteous and explained everything he was doing. Great job and will only call you guys!

Garage door spring failed. We called Precision at 3:00 PM and by 7:00 PM the technician, Travis,was here and effected a temporary repair so we could get our cars out of the garage. He returned first thing in the morning with the permanent parts and made the repair in less than 2 hours. Could not ask for better service or a better technician. OUTSTANDING service.

They came out the same day and arrived in about 2 hours. Professional and courteous. Great job replacing my motor. This is the second time in the last couple of years I’ve had them out (2 different problems) and it’s been great both times.
