Precision was the “go to” company we decided on to use to replace our garage door in 2016 and we have regretted it. But for an accident (caused by me) we have not had to do anything to the door since it was installed other than routine lubricating the rollers. When the accident occurred (indicated above) we did not hesitate to call Precision to do the repair. A technician was assigned to make the repair the same day that I called and the technician, Chris, made the repair that same day. I cannot say enough good things about Chris — he was pleasant, courteous, professional, and quick.

We had an issue with the garage door after almost 4 years of a new install of a belt driven system with wifi tech. The service technician, Chris, was very thorough in investigating the problem. He was very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue, corrected the problem, and did not charge us! This speaks volumes for a company to own up on an issue that I really had no knowledge about and they simply resolved the matter without charging me for anything. I love this company. This place was recommended by my handyman. Wow. Austin came to fix the garage door the very next day after I called. Showed up on time checked the faulty unit, and offered three options for repair/replacement with different prices and warranties and explained them all. Easy. I picked the mid priced solution, and he worked away. An unexpected problem occurred and a previously working part stopped working too. Austin called this in and that part was replaced free of charge. I really hate dealing with service people generally, but these guys offer fabulous service, and are accountable and polite. Will never go anywhere else for garage door issues. Happy Customer!!! Julie
