Very pleased with the service. I called at 7:45 this morning to inquire about a new garage door opener as ours broke. The service technician arrived shortly after 1045, was finished before 2 pm. Fast, professional, friendly, and neat. He even took the time to ensure we knew how to use all the new features.

Tech arrived within several hours and ahead of schedule and repaired my door and reset my openers in under an hour. I am handicapped and I was shutout without him. Great job

Having had work done with Precision in the past and knowing of their quick response, I called them to look over my groaning garage door. Although what I ended up with cost more than I hoped, the tech/installer thoroughly explained several options and I am very pleased with the results.
