I called late morning on a Tuesday regarding an issue I was having with my garage door not closing properly. Plus, I wanted an estimate on getting the door insulated and a new bottom edge door strip. Our technician, Luca Martelli, was out that same afternoon. He was very courteous and very helpful. Went over the different options and gave me estimates for each. We originally went with repairing/insulating the old door, but when that didn’t work out (it was a very old door), Luka went the extra mile in getting us a discount on a new replacement door. I so appreciate him recognizing that I wouldn’t have been happy with how the old door was going to look. Hold on to this guy. His customer skills, as well as his technical skills, are outstanding!

Carlos is an excellent technician. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the garage door in less than a hour. He explained the pricing and warranty for the service. He is wonderful and communicated the importance of care and maintenance of the garage.
