Called to get a repair on my garage door. The tech, Justin C, was out here within 30 minutes of call in. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He made some great recommendations regarding my garage door and I ended up going with the option to get a new one rather than repair the current one. Within 10 minutes he was back with an estimate and appt time for Tuesday. Looking forward to getting the new door installed.

Moved in to my new ( to me ) home today. Double garage door would not work. Called Precision before noon, and the technician, Jason Daring was there before 4pm. The motor needed to be replaced, and the entire garage door needed to be rebuilt; including straightening from an obvious case of a car backing into the door. Jason gave me an estimate and I authorized work to begin. I was worried that he couldn’t possibly finish all the work this late in the day. He assured me that he wouldn’t leave until everything was working to my satisfaction. After about three hours of intense, non stop labor, the door and all controls were working like new. This was an outstanding effort by a very knowledgeable and hard working professional.

Kevin Cutolo was very professional in dealing with me. He determined that my old opener was showing signs of age, electrical issues, and gears wearing out. Kevin gave me options for repair or replacement. I felt no pressure as to which option to select. I elected complete replacement of the opener and rails. The work was completed and cleanup was done. I am very satisfied with the installation.

They cane the day I called. The technician Keith did a great job assessing the status of my garage door, motor, springs, etc. He provided and explained my various options. The repair/installation was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service! They had someone out to my house the same day as I called and the service provider was friendly, on time and explained the situation with the door clearly. Chris was very efficient and completed the repair quickly. He also educated me about the current motor and the difference between a belt and chain drive system.
