When the tech arrived, everything was working for some reason. Since there was still a service call charge, he took the time to look at a few potential issues and advised me what courses of action I may consider taking to minimize future issues. He also showed me how to ensure my safety eyes were aligned and working properly. All of this was not required nor expected.

Christmas Eve and the garage door is not working. I called in the morning assuming that I would get service sometime after the holidays. No. Perfect customer service. I had two guys at my house at 5 p.m. They were friendly, professional, engaging, and installed my new opener quickly. I opted for one of their top of the line openers and it’s quiet and I can open/close/check the status from my phone. I can’t say enough positives about James and Jason, my two technicians from Precision. I’ll never use another garage door company if/when I need work done again and will tell all my friends and neighbors about what a positive experience I had.

Garage door would not close, rather it would jerk up and down preventing it from closing. The technician spotted the problem quickly and corrected it. I was impressed with his service and also the fact that all techs call 30 minutes ahead to say when they will arrive. Those who answer the phone are professional and know which questions to ask and work with your schedule as to when their tech will arrive. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a cable replaced on the left side of the door. Technician was not too interested. Somehow I got a repair estimate over $1200.00. Waste of time, must look elsewhere.
