I called for a garage door tune up. Chris Carelas arrived and was very courteous, efficient and professional. My garage door is newer but has never functioned properly. In Chris’ attempts to make adjustments we discovered that the existing door was not installed properly. Long story short replace we replaced the existing springs with torsion spring. I also had him install a key pad. Not the original intent for my call for service but there is no doubt my suspicion was confirmed and necessary adjustments/service was done. The door is safer and operates much better now. I definitely would recommend Chris and Precision doors for service needs.

When our springs sprung we called Precision. Their tech,Noah arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour window which was a plus. Noah was very efficient in replacing the spring and we are happy with the job. Should need arise in the future (we have 3 double doors) we will be calling them again.
