Cons: There is no pricing on the website. When you call in the ladies know very little about the garage door openers and again will give no pricing. Pros: Called and came early on the day scheduled. No high pressure sales at all from my tech Kevin A. Kevin was very good explaining my options from repairing my older unit and replacement units that meet my needs. He had everything on the truck to complete my install there on the spot in a very timely manor. Prices were very fair for the quality and warranty they offer. I would highly recommend Precision to anybody and ask for Kevin A as your tech.

Matt Leto is the best. Easy going, pleasant and knowledgeable. Whenever I need service, I always ask for Matt. He offered to repair the door rollers but we knew the door was so old it was on the way to total failure, so we opted for a new door. Our choice completely…no pressure whatsoever!

Chris Pinnegar is an outstanding technician. He was upfront, gave all options and made valid suggestions. He was friendly, clean, and quick. I called on Sunday, he came on Monday and within two hours, he was complete. An outstanding job overall and I highly recommend this technician and business.

Jose did a great job of installing a new motor for my garage door. He was courteous and prompt. I was surprised that he was able to install the motor on the spot after diagnosing the problem. I had assumed it would require a follow up appointment. It was my first time using precision and I was very impressed with the service I received.
