We did not get off to a good start with our “door designer”, but the sales manager, Mike, took control and we are very happy with his services. He answered all of our questions, came to our residence to meet with us, showed us door samples and gave us a discount for our troubles that was unexpected but much appreciated. The new door has not been installed yet, but we do not anticipate any issues.

The appointment to come see our garage door was quick, technician Trevor was on time. He gave precise informations on the problem with the motor of one of our garage doors and worked a little with us on the price. The job was completed on the spot. Thank you to Trevor and Precision.
