Garage door spring broke on Sunday morning. Called you at 9:00 It was fixed by noon.

While I live in a different state, I just called my father and discovered the technician from Overhead Door had just left. My dad (John) said that it took Doug about a half hour and he had the garage door back in good shape. When the lag bolts came out a few days ago, we were hopeful and now very satisfied that our fathers issue was handled with quality and in great time on a Sunday. Wow!
