Hurricane Helene was inbound Thursday, but Precision still came out. Cheyney was great!! He explained what needed to be down and took care of it. Outstanding young man!! He replaced the springs, bearings, cables, and garage door opener.

Jack from Precision Garage Door was extremely professional! He called 20 minutes prior to arrival and showed up as planned. He asked what I wanted. The only reason I did not order a new Garage door is because I don’t have the ceiling space for it. Also, he explained that my swing out door was discontinued in 1970, so they cant repair it. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of St. Pete.

We had rollers, torsion cable, cable drums, shaft, ball bearings etc. just about everything except the door! Christopher Enlow was our tech and did a fabulous job. Very professional and showed how to lubricate the door in the future. One of the nicest techs I have ever had. Give this man a bonus for such a fantastic job!
