Our technician Josh called first to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs within 15 minutes. He was fantastic! We have used Precision for 3 years now and ALWAYS have and Outstanding experience! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks again!

Precision Garage Door was called on Sat morning and showed up at noon. They analyzed our problem (dead garage dooe opener due to power surge), installed a new garage door opener, and programmed all remotes and keypads. Mike also fixed a rumbling garage door we had by adjusting a bracket. Great job and Veterans discount!

Too expensive

Excellent service, very courteous and very knowledgeable

Service was fast. I didn’t expect repairs to be completed the same day as the assessment. Richard was wonderful! He explained and showed me what needed replacing and why. He ensured that my door openers were all working and that I got my smart app set up as well. It was definitely a much more expensive job than anticipated, but thankful for the warranty on parts and labor and to have a working garage again!!!

This is just an outstanding company all the way around. A few years ago I had you reinstall new garage openers in two garages. Isak was the technician and he’s just fantastic all the way around. Yesterday a spring broke on the garage door (the builder had originally installed the door and the spring) and you guys were literally here at 9 AM this morning fixing it. Isak was the technician again, and he’s just as awesome today as he was the last time! Well done!!

Received coupon in ValPak and saw trucks multiple times at different homes in my neighborhood; since I needed repair/maintenance on my GDO, I called for appointment; telephone staff very courteous and worked well with scheduling appointment; Christopher Metzger was very polite, thorough and completed all necessary repairs plus suggested replacement items without pressure; now my GDO operating quieter and efficiently! Will have your service personnel back in future to replace recommended door bottom seal.
