I have used this good company many years ago and I used them again because of the service they give. Their technicians are really good and easy to talk to and get good answers to your questions. I used them this time because the sound when opening and closing the garage door was scary. The technician realized where it was causing it which was different then what I thought was. There would have been no charge what he did. We got to talking about the age of the springs and cables and I decided to have a better set up. He quoted a price and I advised it was more than I wanted to spend. He asked me what I would consider and the price came down to accommodate a lot closer to my figure. I authorized the work and what a difference it made and it is safer now which is the best thing. Quite sounding is of course also good. The technician did a great job and the warranty is good for 5 years.

My experience was wonderful. I was able to book the appointment online, Robbie showed up right on time and was very pleasant. He explained my options to me and provided a price quickly. I asked how long to repair and when they would be able to complete. He said a few hours and he was going to do now. Very efficient and explained all of the features to me.
