We had a very old system and he installed two new garage door openers for us. Gave us a new keypad as well. Spent the time to show me exactly how to run everything. The technician arrived in a timely manner, same day as my call. He was polite, asking about removing his shoes before entering the house. He listened to my concerns, spent adequate time examining the problem areas, and made recommendations which I accepted. He was obviously knowledgeable about the work required and I was completely satisfied. He discussed everything I needed to know with patience. I was happy with the experience.
