Then there was a $20 charge for fleet fee (undisclosed)when I called for a price In addition I have never had a service call where there was an attempt to upsell me for something else.

My garage door opener failed on a hot July day and Precision sent James out that afternoon. The closed door pushed garage temperatures up near 100 degrees but James didn’t stop until the job was done. Precision offered a varied price range on openers and provided a five year warranty on my new Liftmaster unit. They even offered a military discount so they earned my five star rating. Technician Robert Clausen responded within 1 hour of my call. I explained cables on both sides broke. He checked see what maintenance would be needed. Robert explained what parts needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. I gave permission to fix or replace everything that was written down. Robert was professional, courteous and took pride in his work. This made me comfortable to have the work performed. Robert is definitely an asset for Precision. Highly recommend Precision.

I’m a return customer of Precision Garage in Clearwater, FL. The 12 year old spring broke and needed replacement. This happened at 6pm and I called Precision. An appointment was set for the following morning. The expert technician Keith called before scheduled window that he was on his way. Keith is personable and a true professional. He evaluated the job and told me of some other failing parts that should be changed. These parts were over 25 years old and had over 70,000 open-close cycles by my estimation. Keith performed the job in a timely manner with care and neatness. The garage door opens and closes like new. All is good.

Jason removed our old garage door and installed our new hurricane rated garage door including reinforced wood framing required for building code. The door and framing look great. He then demonstrated how the door opens and closes and how to lube the moving parts. We are very satisfied with the job he did and with the garage door we purchased. Great job, Jason. Thank you!!
