Genie trolley broke late yesterday afternoon(Sunday). Tech arrived today (Monday) around 1:30 PM and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Very happy with prompt service, and cost. This is the 3rd time I have used this company for various garage door repairs.

I had used your service before and was satisfied with the out come. Kieth was very professional and courteous. The one problem I have is he damaged the ceiling in the garage and didn’t tell me. I found it after he had left. Do you repair damages? Other then that he did a wonderful job and if I would need any repairs again I would give you a call.

I am so pleased with Precision Door because of their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Chris came to my house and after troubleshooting my problem found it was nothing more than a loose screw. He tightened the screw and didn’t even charge me. My opener broke on Friday night and I called overhead door who was the name on my garage door on Saturday. Their office was closed and I always see the precision door commercials so I called them Saturday morning. They were very responsive. Chris had great customer service and was very informative as to my options. I would highly recommend.

I called Precision Garage Door of Clearwater 5/3/2022 and someone called back on 5/4/2022. I explained I wanted to replace my garage door opener. That afternoon, Christian Walker was at my home to give me an estimate to do the work that I needed. I never saw a person work so fast and efficiently as Christian. In a little over one hour, he had my garage door opener installed, my outside pad, my inside opener, and my home link in my vehicle programed. Really a great job and a really nice person. Christian is the person I would call if I need any work done at my house.

Precision was recommended by some other residents of out townhome complex. Our technician, Chris, did a great job of explaining the issues and he was professional and very pleasant to work with. We replaced worn-out springs, cables, and rollers. Chris was on time and answered all our questions. The entire experience from booking the appointment to the quote and ultimate completion of the work was smooth. I would use Precision again if the need arose.
