Worker, Chris Johnson, was sent out yesterday to replace two door springs. Expert installation and service by him. I would highly recommend them for garage door repairs.

Precision Overhead repaired our worn out, 13-year-old garage door on the same day I called in for service! Wow, when do you ever get that kind of service? Was I just lucky, or do they have a special way of communicating with their mobile techs to make this to happen? Anyway, Chris did an outstanding job and completed the work, according to one of three separate options he offered me. Sort of a good, better, best thing, with respective longer length warranty periods for each. I chose the best option, which gave me the best materials and a seven-year warranty on parts and labor. The garage door stopped working so I called Precision. Travis came out and fixed it. He did a great job and I will use Precision again.

I needed a sensor, $200. Lubricate and adjust spring, $120, Fleet transportation $20 (whatever that is). Price was exorbitant!

I had received the coupons in the mail. I called another company first and after four reschedules, I called Precision. They came out the next day and had our door all fixed up within an hour. Chris did a fabulous job. I will definitely tell everyone to use Precision. My father was watching Chris work and called Precision to see if he could work on his door so he wouldn’t have to come out again and they made it happen.
