I purchased a garage door from Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay and I am very happy with how things went. From the first phone call I made to this company to the meeting with Anastasia Bender for an estimate, she was punctual, polite and answered all my questions. She was not pushy and she wore a mask! My family had ours on and she put one on showing respect for us. When I called her the next morning on Friday to tell her I want them to install our door and asked when could I get it done, I was very pleased to hear her say “how is Saturday?” That was great! Adam a very polite man did the whole install. He phoned ahead of time and told me he was on his way. He worked hard and I checked a few times on him and was amazed at how it was progressing! So a little over 2 1/2 hours I went out and it was done! Adam showed me the areas I need to keep lubricated and patiently explained the operation of my new garage door. I would definitely recommend using Precision for your garage door needs!

4 stars, as I didn’t receive an invoice because I paid by check. I would have paid in a different manner had I understood that. Then, a day later upon receiving the invoice electronically, satisfaction of the work completed was “x’d” as my signature. I was never given the opportunity to sign so an x should not have been signed for me.

I was disappointed that I could not get just the belt of my unit replaced, but Luke did a great job explaining my other options. He was on time, and very respectful of my concerns. I really appreciated that he helped me program my home link on the garage door.

Precision is a great company, we and other family members have used them for years. Today a cable came lose and we could not get the door to close. When I called, they were completely booked but thankfully they were able to squeeze us in. Their response time was outstanding and technician Tim Vaughn was awesome! He had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. We highly recommend them!
