I called on a Sunday regarding a broken spring and other problems. A technician was at my house the next day and evaluated the situation. He provided me with 3 options all with different prices and levels of warranty. After deciding, he went to work and completed the job in less than 2 hours. A job well done!

impressed that I could make an appointment on Sunday. Phone service excellent. Two workmen spent time giving instructions on hurricane preparedness and operation of various parts. Polite and efficient. Gave me their names and told me to call Precision and ask for them if I had further questions.

I was so impressed by the wonderful service starting with Michelle who came out to measure and set up our contract and being able to have our new garage door installed all within a week. The young man who installed it (I didn’t get his name) was just as wonderful as Michelle. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Okay guys…Precision Garage Doors, big company, local employees. Big name, low price! Precision being in the name puts pressure on them…and they live up to it!!! One guy, all the tools he needed, removes single 1960’s swing out door, installs new four panel (WITH GARAGE DOOR OPENER…RIGHT???) in just under three hours! AND…hauls off the old door!!! I’m telling you…don’t let the name keep you from calling…NOW…go…call Precision Garage Doors!!!

Tech Zack did a good job in a short time. He was very nice and explained everything in an easy to understand way. If I were to need service again in the future, I would ask for Zack to do the work.

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for several years since I know what to expect and that I will get prompt, efficient service and excellent product! I now live in a Town Home in a beach community. Precisions door designer came prepared with wind code requirements, trim interface needs and which opener I needed to be compatible with my cell phone device. Now, that’s service! Bedford Dabney
