I called on NEW YEAR’S DAY just to get an appointment for a quote on fixing my garage door. PRECISION responded by sending out a TECH THAT DAY. Upon arriving, not only was he able to give me a quote, but was able to replace the old garage door unit and fix all the parts that were messed up with the old door. Now, I have exactly what I needed and a seven year warranty. And it was all done on NEW YEAR’S DAY and in less that two hours. The TECH was very professional and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend PRECISION to anyone looking for garage door repairs.

The first installer forgot to connect wires to the warning devices. Both red and green lites were not operating. This first installer needs to cover the 3″ of butt crack that he exposes, PLS. Installer #2 fixed all issues and did a fine job in getting the door to operate properly. No cracks exposed! All is good at this writing.
