I just bought a house and the spring on the Garage was broken and needed repaired. My realtor referred me to Precision and said they were a good company to work with. My appointment time was set for between 10AM and 2PM. I received a call to let me know they had an earlier opening. I met the technician at the house. It turned out to be a much bigger repair than expected but I was given several options. After discussing with a family member I chose the option I wanted to go with and the technician went to work. He was timely, courteous and the door was fixed quickly. Great Job!!!

Precision Overhead Garage Door of Clearwater customer service was far beyond expectation… Due to the recent storm flooding my garage door controls were not working properly… I called Precision at 5:00PM to schedule an appointment… I was given an appointment for that night… At 6:20 Chris Johnson the technician arrived and determined that the sensors were not operational… By 6:50 the job was completed and I had my garage doors working again… Chris was friendly and professional… Could not have asked for better service… Thank you Precision Overhead and thank you Chris Johnson…

My house flooded during Eta and my garage door stopped working. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. My appt was set for between 12 and 4 and they were at my house by noon! Josh & Page were wonderful. So polite and thorough. They more than met my needs! I would refer Precision to my friends.

Called for repair. Opener taken off to repair and then told it can’t be repaired. Now I have no opener on, my spring is too tight and 500 for a basic opener with one remote. 70 for a keypad and more to program my remote. I could have bought a garage door opener at Home Depot with two remotes keypad and Bluetooth for less than 200, but now the garage door opener is off and laying on the ground: I felt I had no choice but to purchase one.

Outstanding service. Joshua was a professional who was passionate about his job and the precision as a company. He told me it was great getting up everyday and going to work for a company that cares about their employees. The garage door makeover was fantastic. Feels like we have a brand new door on the garage now. Highly recommend this company!
