I was very impressed by the service I received!!! Once I made the call to Precision, a technician was at my house within an hour (although it wasn’t an emergency). My tech was Zack and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained my options thoroughly and quickly installed my replacement parts. He even cleaned up the area and swept the floor when he was done. I will definitely call Precision for any other garage door needs!!

We had a power outage that caused a malfunction of the system. I called at noontime and despite the late hour, a tech was able to come by within four hours. As a repeat customer, I would not call anyone else. My problem was fixed directly. The tech knew what he was doing and fixed the problem on the first try.

Have dealt with precision for many years. We used them at our home in Virginia and when we moved to Florida we called them to replace a garage door. We were not yet living in Florida and when we did get here the garage door installed was not what we requested. I called precision and they came out and replaced the door with no extra charge to us. They were very professional and made the job right. I continue to use precision and have never been disappointed.
