I can’t say enough about the customer service and technical expertise that Precision provided. I had my new door installed yesterday, and the serviceman, Luke, could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. He went through every detail with me so I would have complete understanding of how to operate my new door. It was blazing hot out, and yet this nice technician never complained. The office staff also deserve a shout out. I had to change my appointment date several times and needed a Saturday appointment, and they were always able to accommodate in an efficient and timely manner. Highly recommend this company!

Robert Trotter repaired our garage door opener and replaced springs. Our system was damaged with a lightening strike. (We also lost Cable, telephones, etc). Precision came out to service and update our garage doors that are about 10 years old, and did an excellent job. They replaced the springs, rollers, cables, and added a new door opener. Our doors have never worked better nor been as quiet as they are now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. You won’t be disappointed.
