I was very impressed with our technician. I was surprised that he was working alone but he removed the old door and installed the new door. He made sure the tension was correct and that I could open and close the door with no problems. He was professional, polite and asked my questions.

Rebecca and Christopher were both polite, punctual and an asset to Precision. With people like these two, I can understand why Precision has been successful. The install job was perfect in every way, not rushed, and exactly what I expected. I will continue to use them in the future. Great Job all the way around.

Called and they were able to come out the next day! Arnold was very professional and very quick with installation. He wore a mask and gloves and wiped the opener down with disinfectant wipes which was very important to us during this time of the pandemic. Will be using them for all our garage door needs!
