The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions.My garage door was installed within 2 days of signing the proposal. The door tech did a great job! He didn’t rush through the installation, he made sure the door was installed properly and lubricated every moving part. He also adjusted the closer. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking to install a new door or upgrade their current one.

From the call to the office this morning to the responsiveness of the technician, Jesse Burns everything was outstanding. He (Jesse) practiced social distancing, explained the difference in options I had and worked the entire time.

We recently called Precision Garage Door Service to repair our door. We quickly received an appointment for a service technician to come to our house. Our technician, named Craig Earle, arrived as scheduled and did a great job. Craig quickly assessed the problems and gave us several options regarding repairs. Craig was very polite and professional and very knowledgeable. Our garage door now works better and is quieter than ever before. Precision took care of the problem the day that I called. My service technician was very polite, thorough explaining options, timely fixing the problem. He also helped program my cars to that they would sync with the remote.
