My garage door spring broke so I needed service as soon as possible. I called and they had a technician out that afternoon. Very courteous and good service

I called precision garage because I want them to check for door damage . I parked my car too near the door that the rear part of the car “got entangled” with the door . The garage door stopped halfway going down. I also requested Safety maintenance service. The repair man came after an hour of wait. His name is Noah Geer. After checking the door, Noah explained the job to me clearly and patiently. He was pleasant ,patient and courteous. He appeared confident and that was reassuring. Robert Trotter was very Professional, friendly, polite, and fast. And he is very knowledgeable and it show how he loves what he does. With us not knowing anything about a garage door opener and springs he took the time to explain how it all works and comes together for that we learned a lot from him. We were so amazed that it could all be installed right then. We were very please with the same day service. We will definitely be using your company again.
