By far, the best experience of all my home improvements. The technician was on time, he was knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and thorough during the installation. Upon completion with the install, he took time to explain everything in terms I could understand, and did not rush through the explanation. I highly recommend this office of Precision. Ask for “Chris” as your technician, you wont be disappointed.

My second experience with Precision was also a good one. After calling Saturday and scheduling an appointment on Sunday, the service tech called on Sunday and said he could arrive 30 minutes sooner than scheduled, which was great for me. The technician was courteous and worked efficiently and was done in short order (replaced the large garage door spring that broke). Very pleased with Precision and will continue using and recommending them.
