I own a home in St. Pete Beach that I also rent. The lock on the garage door broke off and, unfortunately, it is the only entry way into the space. I called Precision and asked them to send someone over to open the door. The “technician” named Carlos called me and said that he could not open the door. When I told him that I usually had luck just prying with a hammer head or crow bar on the left side, he came up with a bunch of excuses as to why they would have to cut the door, etc. etc. Still, it was clear that he had not tried to open it in the way I suggested. I do not think they tried very hard and if you’re looking for a company that goes above and beyond, find another one.

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Precision. Called for repair service on a Tuesday afternoon. The technician, Mike Boyle, arrived first thing the next morning. Very experienced and polite. Very satisfied.

My overall experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. Jeffrey, my technician, called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, was on time, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had my garage door up and running within 30 minutes.

Keith gave five star service all around. On time, friendly, knowledgeable. Keith connected my car home link service to the garage opener unit and also linked a new hand held unit. Cleaned up after he was finished working. Cannot say enough about his work or more importantly his friendliness.
