Friendly and good work

Was walking my dog and saw the Precision Truck coming down the street and waved at him and pointed to the house. He pulled up and waited till I finished the walk. He had called that he was coming but I was out with dog so didn’t get the call. 🙂 He said that he was going to inspect the door and its operation before discussing repair. He did a thorough inspection and went over every part of the system and repair costs. When he finished, I said ok let’s get started. He said it would take about two hours. It did take two hours to get everything fixed and swept out the garage too. Went over the repairs and showed me how well the door worked now. Signed the bill and told him if any problems in future -want him to take care of them.
