We have used precision Garage Door for many, many years and commend them for their knowledgeable technicians, their overall fine attitude, their helpfulness and their professionalism. We had a recent problem with the door, hitting the driveway too hard and bouncing back up. In order to do it myself, I went on the Internet and performed reasonable due diligence, so the door would not hit the driveway as hard. It was a partial fix, but we decided, again, to call precision. They sent a technician out the same day who diagnosed the problem and reset the downward, speed and pressure. He was courteous and knew precisely the problem. I tried to find a decent answer on the Internet, etc., and he was much more knowledgeable than the information I was getting through my search. He was “super“ nice and had the problem fixed in a handful of minutes and even gave us some quick observations as far as what should and should not be lubricated with silicone. Precision is our answer for garage door problems when DIY proves less than satisfactory.
