Our garage door spring broke last night around 7:30, trapping our 2 cars. I called Precision Doors a moment later. They confirmed a 8am appointment, I was extremely relieved! Today, Jesus Dimasse was our technician and was excellent from start to finish. He performed a thorough inspection of our garage door systems. He found frayed wires and a broken locking mechanism in addition to the broken spring. Jesus ordered the custom commercial springs for us after we determined the best fit. He also picked up the locking mechanism and new springs in an efficient manner. I highly recommend Jesus and Precision Doors.

Our garage door wouldn’t stay closed, regardless of what remote we used. Even though it was Sunday, Our technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He checked every possible cause and left after making sure the door closed and stayed shut.
