The spring on the door broke with my car inside on a Sunday. The door is much too heavy to open without the spring, and I needed my car for work the next morning. Precision gave me a same day window Sunday evening for service, with no extra charge for emergency service. The the tech called slightly before the window and said he could come right then if it were okay. The tech, Josue, was efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me confidence in choosing Precision. Josue went above and beyond expectations, even lubricating my other garage door while he was there. If that other door ever needs service, or should I say “when,” I will be calling Precision and requesting Josue.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Precision Garage Doors today. Chris came to do an estimate and ended up staying to complete the job! Hooray! My opener on the wall in the garage was not working well. I had wires everywhere from a previous owner’s work. It’s now all cleaned up and working. Chris was very courteous and thorough. Explained everything to me. He was very helpful and explaining the workings of it when he was finished. 5 stars in work and customer service!

I originally got quotes from 3 companies. One of them was cheaper, but I wasn’t impressed with the other salespeople or their products. Salesperson Jordan was very pleasant, helpful and more importantly, not pushy. I made the right choice with Precision.

Aidan is an excellent employee and you guys should be proud to have him representing you. He was extremely helpful and courteous during the process of presenting the facts and explaining everything. He was also very efficient at installing equipment and making sure everything worked correctly. I was initially somewhat concerned about the price quoted but he addressed my concerns. Aidan is an outstanding employee.

I called at 7:30 in the morning to schedule a repair for my garage door and they were able to send a gentleman out there by 4 PM. The person they sent to fix my door was courteous, informative, and efficient. Fix the door and did a great job at a fair price. I would recommend to anyone.

Just had my garage door restored to like new condition. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, who walked me through what needed replacing to make the door safe to operate after springs failed. Hurricane Helene eroded moving parts, rusting and weakening my door with salt water incursion. I obtained several estimates of varying prices.
