I realized one of my springs was broken and called Precision. They were able to schedule me the same day. Adam was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a full assessment and pointed out a few things for my awareness with no pressure for anything. He was able to fit in the repairs the same day and the garage door is so much better!

Brian was very efficient. He quickly replaced the bearings and was quite personable.

The repairman who came to my house to fix my garage was Jim. I didn’t know what was wrong with my garage remote, it just didn’t work to open or close the door. I phoned the St Petersburg office early Tuesday morning to schedule a repairman. The lady who answered the phone was polite and scheduled a repairman after 4:00 the same day. About 30 minutes later the polite phone lady called me and asked if I was agreeable for around 2:00. I agreed to the earlier time and Jim called me to confirm. He was at my house on time and targeted the problem. He installed a new remote and was on his way to his next call in about 20 mins. JIm was very professional It was great to see a repairman know his job well and looked sharp He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. Good Job JIM. L Montgomery , 5 stars

She set up a service call for the same day and the service call was made by Orion Mancini, he was the perfect technician for my repair. We had a new door, opener, motor, springs, rails, etc installed. Melanie first came out and discussed the options and gave us a quote the same day. The technician (Chris) that came was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything in detail and his work was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door. Price was comparable (or better in most cases) to all I researched.
