I was surprised that they could come out the same day as my initial call. The fella that came out was courteous and professional. He explained everything and gave me options as to what HAD to be fixed and what could wait… He did a great job and I was very happy. Thank you for your service!

When the garage door won’t open, call Precision!! Precision tech, James Long, was at my house right on time – diagnosed all of the problems with the VERY OLD garage door opener. He spent time to explain what had occurred (broken main spring), along with all of the other parts that were about to go! All prices were discussed and an agreement was made to replace the entire system. The new system is so QUIET!! Thank you James for doing such a wonderful job.
