Precision Garage Door technician LUKE ROSE was very informative, friendly and competent guy with years of experience in this field and he loves his job. He goes above and beyond and his knowledge shows when the job is completed. We had a complete overhaul of springs, bearings, rollers, keypad and light bulbs. This was our first time using Precision Garage Door and was impressed with the service and would definitely use them again.

With a non-functioning garage door opener, I looked for a reputable door service organization that represented Genie openers, a brand I trust. I found Precision, it had good ratings, so I called. I talked with a very nice woman who discussed my problem with the door and set me up for an appointment the next day. Nick came out, very professional, very nice, and he found the motor in my existing opener, 15 years old, was worn out. So he gave me several choices in estimates for replacement, and we agreed on the scope and price. Nick got the door back to operational in about 3 hours. I was impressed by Precision’s reputation. Now I am impressed by their people. They will be my go-to folks from now on. Thank You so much.

We called Precision to install two separate doors at mom’s house. The openings were not a standard size, so Precision had to manufacture custom doors. Their salesperson called upon another representative from their company. She did all the measurements and sent the crew for the installation. The doors work perfectly and they’re very quiet because we chose a band retractor rather than the customary chain pull. We were very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. We called upon them to install the door on our own house. They met the expectation we had based on previous experience. We would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.
