So you want a review. Well here it is. The salesman was very nice, and on time. However it is a week later, and I still received no estimate on the two garage doors. I did speak with the agent that afternoon and I was getting one that day. Hence no estimate. But that workout well, it gave me time to ponda about doing the garage doors. which would have to be 6.5 feet plus taking off 3 inches for trim work. having 8 foot doors on my house I can not imagine the functional performance of such small doors. Not counting all the framing that needs to get done. So thank you. I decided after waiting a week, to keep the old barn doors and re adjusting them which will actually look better, and makes the garages look larger.. and save wasted money. If i didn’t have all this time to think it over, I would have did the doors and felt after the fact it wasn’t worth it.. but nevertheless you would have made a sale. When buying property as I do, I used overhead garage doors for many of my projects. I picked to have you come to see the difference and your ads seem to have good prices. They show up like you guy did, but they give me a price on the spot. and installed as they said they would. None of this I have to get you an estimate and making people wait for a week and still no estimate. Not a good way to do business. and what a waste of company time..

I’ve used Precision Garage Door each time I experienced a problem over there past 20+ years. They have always been fantastic, on time, and always provided great service and reasonable pricing. I accidentally wedged my door and messed up the pull cable and could not close it. Precision scheduled for the next morning as it was already 5pm. Noah was the technician. On time, polite, knowledgeable and so patient as he listened to my garage door story. He repaired the door with expertise. Took the time to explain the repair and answered all my questions. If given the chance I’d request him as the technician if I ever need another repair or choose to replace the door.

Hello All, I have been a Precision Overhead Garage Door customer since I purchased my home 10 years ago. The first time I had broken my garage door I found Precision’s toll-free/24-7 emergency number on my garage door opener. I generally, need to call Precision for something once or twice a year (don’t judge me). When I call, they can retrieve my record of all my service calls by entering my phone number in their system therefore, when the technician arrives they know exactly what was done on the last service call and the ages of the parts replaced (if any). When Mike arrived he knew my history and what needed to be done. We discussed three pricing options and I chose the best one based on my budget. He was very professional and a subject-matter-expert in the field of garage doors. He explained everything to me in advance and worked very efficiently. Before leaving he lubed the rollers, springs and all the other moving parts of the garage door. I will always continue to call Precision for all my garage needs because their staff are the garage door leaders with the best prices.

The service was timely, and exceeded all expectations. The technician was positive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We are repeat customers, and will continue to call on and recommend Precision.

I am changing my review from 3 starts to 5 stars. I previously stated that they were very quick to respond, which they were. The tech was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the billing which I stated in my review. The company monitors these reviews and immediately called me to explain it. I understand now and I am satisfied with their response. I commend them for following up to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. That is rare in today’s business world. Many companies once they get your money the sale is over and its on to the next customer. Precision is refreshingly different. They want to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend them and would definitely used them again
