    My garage door started making noises and was failing to open. Technician Adam Miechle found the system had worn out after 25 yrs. and parts were no longer found. He had a new system installed in a couple of hours. A detailed estimate was given with several options. Reasonable pricing and excellent job.

    Noah showed up on time with a smile on his face despite the excessive heat! His greeting was warm and personable and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I explained my concerns and after his inspection he told me everything looked good and finished up. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I did need a new remote, which by the way is way overpriced, but I realize he has nothing to do with that. Remote was just about the same as the service call!!

    We couldn’t open our garage door and called Precision. They were out that afternoon and fixed it. Aaron was professional and efficient. Explained what we needed to do for maintenance in the future. Very pleased. We have used Precision before and will use them again.(hopefully not for a while!)

    We chose Precision Overhead Doors to replace our garage door opener in February. We were very satisfied with the job they did then, the door quit opening without holding the button so we called about repairing it. They came out the same day and repaired it without additional charge. We will recommend the company and will call with anymore issues we have. Completely satisfied.
