We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door several times and this last service call was no exception to the outstanding service they provide. This last service call was particularly outstanding. Our opener is quite old and parts are not currently being made available. But instead of trying to upsell us on a new motor and assembly, the Serviceman called his supervisor who directed him to a location in his truck where the very last part we needed was. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a cost savings of well over a thousand dollars. They are the best.

We called yesterday (12 July) because our garage door was malfunctioning. Precision offered to be at our house within a few hours. The door was properly working within a few minutes. Thank You Precision!

Christopher Enlow was a great installer of our new opener and explained all aspects to our new install. There is no one like Precision.

The appointment was easy online, and the tech was super helpful and professional. We were unable to go further due to work restrictions and the pricing was too high on each issue. There is definite value in Precision services, but the overall pricing was out of reach. The tech was very sympathetic and spent time looking at options. Still feel the service was great and the tech was awesome. The prices are somewhat predatory, even in an emergency. I would encourage a review.
